This is Vincent Bell's personal one of a kind 1961 Danelectro Bellzouki. It was built/assembled/modified by Vinnie in his home workshop and used on MANY studio recordings including Bob Dylan's "Desire", and hits such as "Walk On By",' 'Hello Dolly'', ''Can't Take My Eyes Off You'', ''Stand By Me'', the "Barbarella" soundtrack, Neil Sedaka's, "Oh Carol, The Complete Recordings", the TV Series Twin Peaks, and many many others. This was a very important instrument to Vinnie. The Bellzouki is also recognized in the industry as the very first electric 12 string made available. It will also be featured prominently in the revised & enlarged edition of Neptune Bound, The Ultimate Danelectro Guitar Guide due out late 2021, early 2022. A signed and notarized letter is included, as well as a couple of Vinnie's guitar picks. Ships in a modern used hardshell case.
