About This Listing

Selling my 1988 '57 reissue Mary Kaye Stratocaster. Guitar is all original except for the frets. Charlie's Guitars in Dallas, TX redid the frets recently along with a full setup. Multiple dings on headstock and one notable one next to input jack. No checking on the finish but there is some discoloration on either side of the fingerboard and naturally worn down finish on butt of guitar. I tried to include as many pics as possible, but feel free to ask for any others. Basically looks like a light relic all over. It looks really good with the ash body.

Guitar plays and sounds phenomenal. The neck is in great shape and feels awesome. Comes with the original Tweed case, ashtray bridge, tremolo arm and cloth. I put on the 5 way switch and the 3 way is included as well.

This was one of the very first vintage reissues that Fender did. Made in the USA at the Corona plant. The neck is stamped by Custom Shop Masterbuilder Scott Bhuel. Neck date is 6/1/1988. Lots of curly flamed maple on neck, and the nitro finish is overall in great condition with little checking.

This guitar plays great and I will hate to see it go.

Weighs 8lbs 3oz.
Will only ship to Continental US, insured with signature.

Sold as is.
