Back up for sale - your chance to get a very rare piece of history. From Randy Bachman's Private Studio (Bachman Turner Overdrive, The Guess Who) This is the HOLY GRAIL of Reverbs. It sounds absolutely incredible and lives up to the hype. The EMT-250 was released in 1976. This particular unit is Serial 178. This Reverb was really a revolution in the Audio Industry. The first Digital Reverb and a joint effort between EMT's Engineers, and Dynatron from Massachusetts. It really has a unique and unmatched sound. And due to the 250 limit, it is now one of the most sought after in the world. The 4 oversized levers, control Reverb/Delay Time, Low and High Frequency Delay Times, and also the Pre-Delay. And with 4 separate outputs, it has options that even new units don't have. It was originally set up to be used in a quad system of four speakers, so depending on what you've selected (Delay, Echo, Reverb, Chorus, Phaser, or Space Echo) the outputs will tap different points in the delay or sound. Really crazy stuff. This unit has been gone over and everything functions as it should and sounds amazing. It has not been used much at all in the past 10 years and sat in clean, and dry studio storage. Shipping will be to Canada and USA only unless you worldwide buyers pay for shipping ahead of time. It comes in it's own wooden case which is why shipping costs are so high. It is extremely heavy weighing in close to 100 pounds in it's case. Separate Insurance from base shipping cost, should be purchased by buyer to ensure peace of mind on delivery. There is a possibility of me driving it to the buyer in a case by case basis.
