This is a USA 2015 Fender 10 for 15 Stratocaster in the rare Black Sparkle finish. Fender produced only 10 limited-edition guitars for the 10 for 15 series, making this a unique instrument.

I’ve invested approximately $600 in professional upgrades, including:

• Seymour Duncan JB (neck) and ’59 (bridge) humbuckers
• Telecaster middle pickup for classic twang
• Graphite nut and saddles
• Relocated 5-way selector switch to the former input jack position
• Tele-style output jack relocated to the lower body
• Single volume control (tone knobs removed for a cleaner, more functional layout)
• Ebony fretboard with a professionally sanded neck back for an exceptionally smooth, fast playing feel
• I added a switch for coil splitting on the pick guard

The Black Sparkle finish has an incredible metallic flake that truly stands out in person—photos don’t do it justice.

I paid $2,200 for this guitar used before any of the upgrades were installed. It has been an amazing instrument, and I’m only selling it as it sits today.

The string tree was removed because it wasn’t necessary. The holes were professionally filled by a luthier, and a string tree can easily be reinstalled if desired.

• Tremolo arm
