This is an ancient phone that has been modified to be a microphone. It has a guitar style output you can see in the second pic and when you turn the dial it "stutters" the signal. Also if you hang up the phone it will mute the signal. It also is the “deluxe” version of these because it has a guitar style input on it so you can run a signal in and stutter it up like crazy!
