About This Listing

1974 Left handed Fender Jazz bass, Sunburst finish in exceptionally good condition. Rosewood fingerboard with Pearl block inlays and binding. All original and complete with the exception of a rewound back pickup. This is the cleanest '70s jazz bass I've had in stock. This bass has tons of tone and sounds fantastic. With both pickups and tone up full this bass really sings with tons of top end. The mids punch through and the bottom end holds it all together.

There are only the slightest of marks to the finish and no buckle rash. The back of the neck and headstock are equally as clean and the neck binding is all intact. The frets are in great shape having been dressed by my technician and there are years of life left in them. The truss rod works as it should and is still flush with the end the neck which is straight. It's been fully set up by my technician with a smooth medium/low action giving great playability. Weight: 9 lbs. Serial: 510128.The pots date to the 33rd week of 73, the pickups to 74. Nut width:20.85mm Depth at 1st fret:38.
