Here is a very rare old drum kit, this old 1949 Gretsch Broadkaster in complete with all the original hardware and parts, tunes up and sounds great and has large 13", 18" & 24" drums. The kit could use a professional restoration as the hardware was removed and spray painted grey at some point and the bass drum hoops looks to have a coat or two of non original paint on them. The only non-original hole I can see in the kit is a vent hole cut in the badge of the 18". There is a plug for it and maybe there is a chance that this is original, but the vent hole looks like it was cut a little sloppy so my best guess is it was done later on. The hardware is all there and original as far as we can tell. The bass drum has a old calfskin head on the front with P P hand painted on it. The wrap in in good shape but is dull and has normal wear and tear. Shells are 3 ply and all the drums tune up and sound great.
