For sale is a VOX Cooltron Bulldog Distortion.

The pedal is in perfect working condition and functions flawlessly. Cosmetically, it shows only minor signs of use (see photos).

There is Velcro on the bottom for pedalboard mounting.

The Cooltron Bulldog Distortion is one of VOX’s distinctive tube-driven pedals, designed to bring the response, compression and harmonic character of a tube preamp into pedal format.

Its dual-gain design covers a wide range of drive sounds, from open crunch and classic rock overdrive to denser, more aggressive distortion. The real tube circuit gives the pedal a dynamic and organic response that feels noticeably different from conventional solid-state or digital distortion pedals.

This makes the Bulldog particularly well suited to Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Alternative, Stoner and heavier rhythm tones, while it also works very well for sustaining lead sounds.

As a discontinued member of the VOX Cooltron series, it is also an interesting option for players looking for something less common than a standard overdrive or distortion pedal.
