All passive analog, no power needed. Uses include on mix bus, drum bus, stems, tracks, inserts, after preamps and any other line level studio gear such as compressors, effects, synths, samplers, drum machines, etc. Used by several top grammy winning producers and studios from NY to LA and beyond in all genres from rock, pop, hiphop, metal, jazz, electronic, indie, blues, folk, etc.

Great on individual tracks while tracking, or after in post...vocals, bass, drums, guitar, etc. Thickens and smooths transients over the whole tonal range from low to high adding real analog weight, depth & color. Makes mixing easier with less need for compression and eq, as it glues and eq's things in the natural analog way to sit in the mix naturally sounding bigger in the process. Each channel has a high freq switch for either full range modern highs when up, or darker smoother vintage highs when down. The 2 channels are completely independent, so can be used either as a stereo pair (on mix bus, overheads, etc) or as 2 separate mono channels for use on different sources (kick+snare at same time, etc).
