SABIAN 16" XSR Monarch O-Zone

The 16" XSR Monarch O-Zone delivers a raw, unpolished attack that cuts through dense mixes with aggressive presence. This effects crash combines a perforated design with a thin B20 bronze construction to produce a loud, cutting response that opens into a surprisingly musical finish. Built for drummers who need a versatile FX crash without compromise on projection.

Tone & Response

Bright, aggressive voice designed for accents, stabs, and groove definition across rock, metal, and contemporary styles. The perforated hole pattern channels energy outward while the thin profile allows rapid decay, making it equally effective as a crash-ride hybrid or a dedicated effects voice in layered cymbal setups.

Construction & Design

Hand-hammered B20 bronze at 1021 grams provides optimal mass-to-thickness balance for fast response without sacrificing cut. The completely raw finish emphasizes the natural bronze patina and contributes to the unpolished, direct sonic character that defines the XSR line's value proposition.
