Here I have a vintage work horse Mirafone 186 rotary valve tuba. Based on the serial number of 11501 that places it as manufactured in 1979. Bell is 16 - 3/4 across. From Bell to bottom curve is 40 in. This is the pro model with the nickel silver trim. None of the valves are sticky, move nice and free. Obviously been sitting for many years. Will need a restoration but I'm sure it would probably actually play as it sits with a little maintenance and cleaning. I have tried to take as many pictures as possible to show you any flaws. Sold as is. WHY pay $12,000 for one?

I ran the calculator through what Reverb would have charged you for shipping. It was just short of $400. I've set my shipping at $299. I'm hoping that covers it. But not optimistic. Plus, I'll be paying the fees no matter if I ship it through Reverb or my choice of either FedEx or UPS. I have found USPS to be totally unreliable in shipping.
