For sale is a 60’s Olds Special cornet in nickel finish, made in Fullerton, CA. This is a nice playing American style cornet. It has some moderate wear and scattered dings but overall is in good condition. Valves have some plating wear but still hold strong compression. There’s a little indentation under the main slide water key saddle, and has a few replacement parts from a lacquered Olds model (finger buttons, main water key, 3rd slide ring).
Recent professional cleaning.
No case or mouthpiece.
