Saltarelle Clifden Piano Accordion MM 35 60

Up for sale is a used cherry Saltarelle accordion in good condition. For complete transparency, I am going to start with the bad stuff first:

-In 2023 the accordion sustained a drop. It landed squarely on all four feet. The back panel was damaged and the frame around the back panel also sustained damage. None of the mechanics were damaged and the accordion is in otherwise excellent condition and perfect playing condition. I have included multiple photos of the damage for reference and believe it would be fairly easy to have a new panel cut and to reglue the frame. I have not done this myself because this has been an at home accordion its entire life and the damage has never been an issue for me.

Now for the good stuff:

-One owner accordion, purchased brand new from Liberty Bellows in January 2023.

-35 keys on the treble side (with low D drone)

-60 buttons on the bass side

-2 Reeds on the treble side MM, +4 cents swing tuning

-Weighs roughly 16lbs (very light and compact but not too small)

-Includes Saltarelle gigbag and a generic dust cover

-Has been kept in smoke-free home, in a humidity controlled room

-Shipping CONUS only

-Local Pick-Up

-Will be shipped in original packaging with extra padding under the damaged area. I use UPS and will insure for the full purchase value.

I am including a demo video from Liberty Bellows with a far more talented accordionist than myself. Happy to answer any questions you might have about the accordion. Besides the noted damage, this accordion is in immaculate condition. These are currently selling in the US market for around $6K so I am pricing accordingly.
