Luke Audio description: The AL-Y56 is a high-end, large diaphragm, tube condenser, “pop top” microphone featuring an EHX 6072A vacuum tube, a 11.5:1 output transformer, and only the finest hand-selected components. The three interchangeable capsules have fixed cardioid pickup patterns and are custom, in-house reproductions of the CK12, K67 and K47, as found in vintage microphones such as the AKG C12/ELAM 251, Neumann U67 and U47 respectively.
