The JBL Control 414C/T is a two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker designed for professional commercial and installed sound applications. Featuring a 4-inch woofer, 0.75-inch soft-dome high-frequency driver, 130-degree conical coverage, and an integrated backcan, the Control 414C/T delivers clear, consistent sound while fitting into a wide range of ceiling spaces. Support for both 70V/100V distributed systems and 8-ohm low-impedance operation gives installers added flexibility for restaurants, retail spaces, offices, education facilities, hospitality environments, and other commercial installations.

The Control 414C/T provides 130-degree conical coverage to help maintain consistent sound quality across the listening area. Its coaxial driver configuration helps deliver balanced performance for listeners positioned both on and off axis.

Flexible 70V, 100V and Low-Impedance Operation

An integrated transformer supports distributed 70V and 100V installations, while 8-ohm operation allows the speaker to work in low-impedance systems. Selectable transformer taps provide additional flexibility when balancing system output and amplifier loading.

Efficient Installation

The captive dogear mounting system is designed for reliable installation across a variety of ceiling thicknesses. A redesigned terminal cover provides both top and side cable-entry options, helping simplify wiring in different ceiling environments.

Clean Architectural Appearance

The included white full-face magnetic grille provides a clean, low-profile appearance and can be painted to match surrounding décor. Optional grille styles and installation accessories are also available for additional system customization.
