1988 Fender American Standard Telecaster Neck
1988 Fender American Standard Telecaster Neck – USA – Maple – Original Tuners
Up for sale is an original 1988 Fender American Standard Telecaster neck, made in the USA. Features a one-piece maple neck with a maple fingerboard, 22 frets, walnut skunk stripe, and upgraded Fender-branded locking tuners.
The neck retains its original finish and shows normal signs of age and use, including some light cosmetic wear. The frets show light wear but have plenty of life remaining. Overall, a great-looking vintage USA Fender neck with a beautiful amber patina. Truss rod works perfectly
The original headstock decals are intact, including the Fender Telecaster logo, Made in USA designation, and E-series serial number. The neck heel also features handwritten factory markings consistent with the period.
An excellent choice for restoring a late-’80s American Standard Telecaster or completing a quality Fender Telecaster project.
