Up for sale is a 20" Zildjian K Constantinople Medium Thin High ride, made in the USA in 2004 and weighing 1988 grams on my scale.
This cymbal has plenty of character. It’s dark and complex with a clear stick sound and a controlled wash, and it opens up for crashing. It’s also very flexible, so it works for jazz and small-group playing as well as louder gigs.
Condition: Well played but in great shape. There are no cracks, no keyholing and no flea bites. It has normal wear from use, including stick marks, light surface wear and a faint patina. The original ink has worn off, so I’ve identified the model from its weight, sound and serial number. Please check the photos closely.
Notes: The bottom has a faint, partly erased marking that appears to read “Steve Gadd.” I can’t verify it, so I’m selling this as a standard K Constantinople, not an official signature model.
