Ibanez RGD621AH Guitar in Midnight Shade Flat B-Stock

The RGD621AH is built around Ibanez's iconic extended-range platform, delivering the aggressive ergonomics and deep cutaway access that define modern shredding instruments. The extra-deep horn cut and beveled body contours sit naturally against your torso during both seated and standing play, making this a serious tool for players working in heavier tunings and fast technical passages. This B-Stock unit carries a minor cosmetic ding on the body behind the bridge—purely superficial with zero impact on playability, tone, or structural integrity.

Playability & Construction

The 26.5-inch extended scale paired with the Wizard III neck profile delivers the reach and speed expected from an extended-range instrument. A 5-piece panga panga and walnut bolt-on neck with 24-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard and flat 400mm radius provides the fast, comfortable platform serious players demand. The body features solid okoume with ash top and signature deep horn design that prioritizes both comfort and access to upper frets.

Tone & Electronics

DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbuckers deliver articulate, responsive output across both clean and heavily driven applications, with a coil-tap switch providing access to single-coil textures when needed. A hardtail bridge and Gotoh MG-T locking tuning machines ensure rock-solid tuning stability and straightforward maintenance, making this a reliable workhorse in standard or dropped tunings.
