This is an excellent example of a rarer, out-of-production Stiletto Ace 50w head from Mesa/Boogie. Amp is in great condition, especially considering its age, and all features work as they should. This amp is inspired by the classic Marshall circuits with a Mesa twist and features everything from 3D Clean tones to tight high gain with an English flavor.

This amp, as most from the 2000s era Mesa lineup, is jam packed with features and customization options. These include a solo boost, a defeatable master volume and effects loop, and a variac power sag which emulates the more brown of sounds Variac-ed characteristic. There are 2 channels, each with 3 customizable voices. On the cleaner channel, this includes Clean, Fat Clean (with a deeper, more high-fidelity clean tone), and a very classic Crunch voicing with plenty of gain on tap. On the gain channel, this includes a copy of the Crunch voicing from Channel 1, a Gain voicing which takes this into JCM 800 range, and a Fluid Drive setting which sounds like you took it to 11 and added a bit more. Each channel can also be independently toggled between tube rectification and diode rectification which can further tighten up the sound or leave it saggy, up to you. All in all, a great and highly versatile tube head.

I'm moving some amps along to thin out my collection, but this is one I will fondly remember in the future. That being said, it should give you years of reliable service.

Amp includes cover, original footswitch, and power cable. Again, everything tested and working as it should.

I significantly prefer local pickup as shipping on amps is complicated as costs are high, and gentle, careful handling for your fragile new amp is not guaranteed. That being said, I will ship this amp by request, insured to guarantee it's as hassle-free as possible. Amp will be packed/shipped professionally. Please ask prior to purchase if you'd like to discuss quotes for shipping. I will only consider shipping to CONUS.

Trades not considered at this time, but thank you. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchase, I'd love to help however I can. Thanks so much for looking, and have a great day!
