Used Mesa/Boogie California Tweed 4:40 in full working order, it has been a trusty amp for me but I have moved on to a different amp and so this must go. There are a couple of cosmetic imperfections on the top as photographed, these are discolorations in the tolex from other gear resting on this amp but are not dings or scratches. There are some other light signs of use, but this amp has been taken care of and is ready for years of reliable service. The amp sounds great, perfect for any stage out there at 40 watts, your bedroom at 2 watts, and everything in between. Very nice tweed breakup tone as well and a very lush sounding spring reverb tank. Effects loop is also top notch for your time-based effects. I've been running it into 1x12, 2x12 and 4x10 cabinets with very nice results across the board. Takes pedals great.
Amp comes with slip cover and power cable.
I significantly prefer local pickup as shipping on amps is complicated as costs are high, and gentle, careful handling for your fragile new amp is not guaranteed. That being said, I will ship this amp by request, insured to guarantee it's as hassle-free as possible. Amp will be packed/shipped professionally. Please ask prior to purchase if you'd like to discuss quotes for shipping. I will only consider shipping to CONUS.
Trades not considered at this time, but thank you. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchase, I'd love to help however I can. Thanks so much for looking, and have a great day!
