This is the DigiTech HardWire SP-7, a stereo phaser with seven types on the Type knob: 2 Stage, 4 Stage, Modern, Boutique, 10 Stage, Envelope and Dynamic. Speed, Depth and Modify are the other three knobs. Two inputs and two outputs keep left and right apart in stereo, and in mono it runs from Input 1 to Output 1.
Modify changes with the type: bias on 2 Stage, feedback on 4 Stage, Modern, Boutique and 10 Stage, and sensitivity on Envelope and Dynamic. On Envelope your picking retriggers the sweep, and on Dynamic how hard you play sets the depth. Hold the footswitch for three seconds and it becomes a tap tempo for the sweep speed. Bypass is true hardwire. It runs on a 9-volt battery under the treadle or a 9-volt supply, center negative, and draws 75 mA. DigiTech brought it out in 2011 and has since discontinued it.
