API 500VPR 10-Slot 500 Series Rack with External Power Supply

The API 500VPR is a professional 10-slot rack designed to house up to ten API 500 Series modules, providing a flexible and reliable solution for expanding your analog signal processing setup. Built to API’s exacting standards, the 500VPR features XLR input and output connections and supports API standard-format 500 Series modules. The 500VPR includes an external switching power supply, delivering dependable performance and efficient operation in a compact, rack-friendly design.

The included L200PS power supplies the power for the 10 slots. Capable of powering ten API 500 series modules (or ten VPR-compliant modules), it delivers 2.15 amps of power to symmetrical ±16 volt rails. Featuring a totally linear design, its power is free of any artifacts which can arise out of switch-mode power supplies. Complete with current limiting and short-circuit protection, the L200PS provides consistently reliable, clean and quiet power.

Compatible with a wide range of API modules, including the 550A, 550B, 560, 525, and 512c, the 500VPR provides a versatile platform for building a customized analog processing system. Like all API products, the 500VPR is backed by API’s standard 5-year parts 1-year factory service warranty.
