Chase Bliss Thermae Analog Delay / Pitch Shifter – Discontinued – Mint Condition, Smoke-Free, Lightly Played

Description:

Discontinued and getting hard to find in this condition. Up for sale is my Chase Bliss Thermae, purchased in 2024 and very lightly played since. Please check out the photos and sound clip.

Condition & history:

• Zero blemishes, dings, dents, or scratches
• Always powered by a high-quality isolated power supply
• Kept in a smoke- and vape-free home studio under a dust cover
• Only flaw: very, very minimal Velcro glue residue on the bottom from a brief stint on a small pedalboard (close-up included in photos so you know exactly what you're getting). The residue is almost imperceptible to the naked eye, though my camera seems to have picked it up. It can surely be cleaned further.
• Fully tested and working perfectly.

About the Thermae:
Chase Bliss calls it "analog delay that thinks it's a synth." Your signal runs through four reissued MN3005 bucket-brigade chips on a fully analog path, while a digital brain shifts the delay time in musical intervals to create harmonies, melodies, and pitch-bending repeats. Two Interval knobs and Sequence/Step modes let you cascade harmonies automatically or advance them with the footswitch, and the Glide control adds portamento between intervals. It also shines as a straight warm analog delay with deep modulation, and can stretch to extremely long, degraded delay times (up to 32 seconds). MIDI, CV, expression, presets, and the signature dip switches open up even more.

Power: 9V DC, center-negative, 200mA minimum. An isolated supply is recommended. (power supply is NOT included)
