THE BUS+ is the most complete version of the SSL bus compressor ever built: the authentic circuit on THAT 2181 VCAs, plus everything engineers have been bolting on with outboard for 40 years. Four modes (classic stereo, external sidechain stereo, dual mono, mid-side), three switchable compression colors (4K with VHD harmonics, Low THD, and F/B feedback), a two-band Dynamic EQ that can sit pre or post compressor, a Transient Expander, sidechain high-pass, and a Mix control for parallel compression without a patchbay. Every pot is detented, so recalls are exact. Mastering engineers use it; mixers live on it.
