Vintage Multivox Rhythm Ace.

This is a 1970s Japanese preset rhythm machine from the same family as the Ace Tone Rhythm Ace units. It's all analog, so you get those soft, clicky kicks, ticky hats, and woody percussion that sound great on lo-fi records, soul, and anything that needs an old-school pulse. You get 12 preset buttons (bossa nova, samba, cha-cha, rock 'n' roll, waltz and more) plus a selector knob for swing, fox trot, tango and others. You can press several buttons at once to stack patterns.

It's useful as a writing tool, a vibe layer under a live kit, or a texture you can run through pedals and tape. It has tempo and balance controls, high and low impedance outputs, and a jack for a start footswitch.

Condition: Works perfectly.

Cosmetic wear for its age, including a slightly torn tolex along the top front edge.

Smoke-free studio. Ships carefully packed. Feel free to send questions.
