Unknown Woven Wh. Nylon 1960's - Very Good
Another pair I do not remember.....the head is white woven, that offers very little in "softness" this is a rather hard "wrapped" mallet and is 15 1/4" long. The handle is nylon, straight and flexes like the earlier rattan. Could be used on marimba and possibly xylophone (if you wanted a VERY soft attack) but probably best for vibraphone. If there was a need for a semi-hard mallet in a marching band, with the nylon shaft these would work out well. One can see the numbering 2024 I will assure you that is a model/part number and has NOTHING to do with a year!
