For sale is my Sennheiser HD 800 S reference open-back headphone, made in Germany, serial #35640.
The headphones themselves are in exceptional condition and present as mint to my eye. They have been carefully owned and are fully functional with no known issues.
Included are the original Sennheiser presentation/storage box, outer retail sleeve, two original Sennheiser cables & cable pouch, USB drive, documentation and accessories shown in the photographs.
The only condition issue worth noting is a centimeter-wide tear/wear area at the very edge of the outermost retail box. The headphones and inner presentation box are extremely clean.
Features:
• German-made HD 800 S
• 300-ohm open-back dynamic design
• Sennheiser 56mm Ring Radiator transducers
• Original cables and accessories
• Original presentation box and retail packaging
• Serial #35640
The HD 800 S remains one of the benchmark reference headphones for soundstage, imaging, resolution and critical listening.
Asking $1,149 plus actual insured shipping.
Local NYC pickup is also available.
