Vintage Gibson UKE-1 Soprano Ukulele, Sunburst, with Original Hardshell Case
All-original and all-mahogany Gibson soprano ukulele from the Kalamazoo era, with a rosewood fretboard, dot markers, a single-ring soundhole rosette, and the Gibson script logo on the headstock. Sunburst-finish examples are much harder to find than the natural-finish UKE-1, and this one comes in its original hardshell case with purple plush interior.
Owned for about 40 years and played only a handful of times. Very good condition for its age, with all original finish and hardware. It has light surface scratches on the back and normal case wear, including a worn handle. Please see the photos and video. It's a sweet-sounding, easy-playing piece of Gibson history.
