Another rarity from my collection super clean and quite heavy. 18mm thick birch beast painted in a one year or so color that’s different in light. It’s black…until you get close or shine a light on it, then suddenly it’s brownish, goldish, blackish and sort of glitters. Well the inside of the shell is black and we will leave it at that over the color. Did I mention how nice and clean it is? Chrome is super clean, like all of it. Took pictures in the best light I could, pitting is hard to see in poor lighting. Small pit marks here and there but overall very nice for original. Original made in Japan wires too but the original straps had to go. She’s pretty, she’s loud and she’s heavy like something else you like. Last picture shows it outside not in bright light, what color do you see? ***UPDATED PICS**** I felt as though I needed better pictures to show condition. Hi-lighted in one photo with my finger shadow a small dent in the finish. There are no cracks or chipping but a perfectly shaped drum tip dent. Looks like this beast was poked with a stick.
