Beautiful Deering Goodtime Blackgrass 5-string banjo in black. Made in the USA and features Deering’s distinctive Blackgrass styling with black-stained maple construction, black banjo head, matte black hardware and vintage Artisan-style fingerboard inlays.
Serial number: 080123-02, dating this example to approximately 2023.
Features include a rock maple neck, Midnight Maple fingerboard, 22 frets, Goodtime planetary tuners, geared 5th-string tuner, 11” black high-crown head, 3-ply violin-grade maple rim, Goodtime Smile bridge, patented Goodtime tailpiece, resonator and Deering armrest. Deering specifies a 26-1/4” scale length and approximately 6 lb. weight for this model.
The banjo presents very nicely, as shown in the photos. Please review all photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition.
