This is a 2003–2004 Fender Standard Stratocaster, made in Ensenada, Mexico. Serial MZ3012106 dates it: the MZ prefix is Mexico in the 2000s, and the 3 is the year digit. Fender’s own chart puts MZ3 at 2003–2004, with the usual overlap of a few months either side.
Specs (from that year’s Standard line)
• Alder body, gloss polyester Candy Apple Red
• Maple neck, modern C, 25.5” scale, 1.650” nut
• Dark rosewood fingerboard, 9.5” radius, 21 vintage-style frets, white dots
• Three ceramic-magnet Standard single-coils, 5-way, volume and two tones
• Vintage-style synchronized tremolo, chrome hardware, sealed tuners
• Black 3-ply pickguard
The guitar is in very nice condition and sounds great. The satin finish sets the color off nicely, however, there is some patina/fading.
