Bass Dragger bass fuzz pedal. Same model pedal used by MCA of the Beastie Boys. The level knob has been replaced with a new knob. The bottom two screws on back plate’s heads are broken off. A repair person could repair and replace those screws but the pedal works perfectly as-is with a 9V adapter.
