This vintage maple Ludwig kit is gonna make a newer/younger drummer very happy. The shells are beautiful for ply maple and they sound great. The kit has been semi refurbished and is ready to play. The resonant Evans heads are basically new and the original batter-side rocker heads are still usable! The bass drum batter head has been switched to an Evans EQ2 and has a lightweight black blanket inside to control overtones. There is one small area of wrap that is a little warped on the topside of the kick, but it’s minor. Other than that, the kit is in pretty good shape for its age!
