EarthQuaker Devices Blumes KGR Harmony Special Edition is a truly unique pedal—literally. This special edition is the result of a collaboration between EarthQuaker and the Japanese foundry KGR Harmony. The pedal's cast-iron chassis is hand-forged in Japan at the Oitomi Ironworks foundry using the traditional *Nanbu-tekki* technique—an ironworking method with over 900 years of history. Production takes place only once a year in extremely limited quantities, making each pedal a unique object that blends traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern music technology. The Blumes KGR Harmony features circuitry made in the USA, while the chassis is made in Japan.
