I'm not going to lie - this is the heaviest 212 I've ever owned, haha.
The cab shows some love but everything works great and sounds better.
Two things I have to point out:
1) The length of screws were a mismatch for the EVM's versus the Celestions that were used before. As a result, they are visibly poking the face of the amp (but not poking through the material). You just need shorter screws.
2) The speakers have a wider magnet than most other speakers and for one of them, there wasn't enough clearance from the metal piece that goes into the amp as part of the handle enclosure. We ended up bending the handle to make just enough room. The "mod" has no impact on the sound, integrity, or ability lift the cab.
