Sabian 22" HH Power Bell Ride

Sabian 22" HH Power Bell Ride

The Sabian 22" HH Power Bell Ride delivers focused, cutting presence that cuts through dense arrangements and sits confidently in recorded mixes. Hand-hammered construction combined with a raw, heavy bell produces articulate stick definition and strong projection—essential for capturing clarity in multi-tracked sessions and live recording scenarios. This cymbal's weight and response reward controlled, purposeful playing across rock, fusion, and heavy music contexts, translating well across both mic'd and blended drum recordings.

Recording Character & Mix Presence

The fully lathed heavy bow generates bright, cutting tones with excellent stick articulation and a powerful wash that records with definition and presence. The 8" unlathed heavy bell adds dark, woody character and a strong fundamental pitch that cuts through dense mixes, making this ride equally effective as a primary ride or secondary crash-ride in studio and live recording applications.

Hand-Hammered Build & Tonal Consistency

Hand hammered throughout, each cymbal exhibits the tonal variation and responsiveness characteristic of Sabian's HH series. The substantial weight range and heavy specifications ensure durability under aggressive playing while maintaining the acoustic subtlety that hand-hammering provides, delivering consistent performance across tracking sessions.
