Professional stereo line isolation for modern rigs

The Pinstripe Pedals DISO+ is a professional two-channel line isolator designed to connect modern pedalboard rigs, amp modelers and other line-level equipment directly to a PA system without unnecessarily converting the signal to microphone level.

Unlike a conventional DI box, which provides impedance matching while reducing the signal to mic level, the DISO+ maintains your line-level signal while adding transformer isolation, ground lifting and balanced XLR outputs. This makes it an ideal interface for devices such as the TONEX, Strymon Iridium, Universal Audio amp pedals, Line 6 HX Stomp, Walrus ACS1, Boss IR-2 and IR-200, as well as other modelers and DSP-based guitar rigs.

At the heart of the DISO+ are two US-made Cinemag transformers, providing galvanic isolation between your pedalboard and the equipment downstream. This helps eliminate ground-loop hum while preventing phantom power from the mixing console from reaching the outputs of your pedals.

Two 1/4" inputs feed both balanced XLR and 1/4" outputs, allowing the DISO+ to serve as a convenient connection point between your pedalboard, front-of-house system and stage monitoring. The 1/4" outputs can be connected to powered monitors, FRFR speakers or other line-level equipment without having to repatch your board.

A dedicated Stereo/Mono switch adds a passive summing network to the 1/4" outputs. This lets you combine the left and right signals for connection to a single guitar amp or FRFR speaker while keeping the XLR outputs in stereo. It's a particularly useful feature for stage monitoring, rehearsals or quickly checking patches through a local speaker while leaving the main stereo feed untouched.

The DISO+ is also an excellent solution for electronic percussion pads with 1/4" line outputs. Rather than reducing an already line-level signal through a conventional DI, it maintains the available signal level while providing balanced XLR connections, transformer isolation and ground lifting.

Built by hand in the USA with Cinemag transformers, Switchcraft and Neutrik connectors, and Grayhill switches, the DISO+ provides a transparent and reliable interface for professional pedalboard and line-level rigs. It keeps the signal clean and at the proper level while solving many of the grounding and connectivity problems encountered on stage and in the studio.
