Using only one T-nut, the boom arm and tilter can be adjusted independently, depending how much you loosen the T-nut. Loosen it slightly to adjust only the boom arm length while keeping the tilter angle fixed, or, loosen it further to adjust both the boom arm length and angle at the same time.
