Listed is an AKG C 414 P48 EB condenser multi-pattern microphone with a separate shock mount
It has some cosmetic wear and tear from age. The plastic end on the Low Pass filter switch itself is broken, but the switch still can be engaged with a pen or small tool. Switching patterns produces some temporary hiss, then the noise goes away and the microphone sounds great. This is normal for these microphones at this age. The plastic surround on the grill is slightly bent, but the capsule and the microphone work just fine.
Why own a Chinese mic or a clone of a classic, when you can own the original? The EB 414s are some of the the most used out of all the AK 414 mics, and this vintage one sounds light years better than the newer ones with lights on them. It has been in a smoke-free and air-conditioned storage, and is ready to go to a good home to make music for years to come. Comes with a padded case and a mic mount (pictured in case), as well as the shock mount.
