The Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s brings the classic design and tone of Gibson’s Golden Era into a modern production instrument. This 2025 left-handed model features a solid, non-weight-relieved mahogany body with a carved maple top, a mahogany neck with Gibson’s rounded 50s Vintage profile, and a bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and classic trapezoid inlays. Finished in Iced Tea, it delivers the timeless look and feel associated with the legendary Les Paul.
The Les Paul Standard 50s is equipped with a Burstbucker 1 in the neck and Burstbucker 2 in the bridge, both using Alnico 2 magnets. These pickups are paired with audio taper potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors for a wide range of classic Les Paul tones. The hardware includes an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons, and gold Top Hat control knobs. A Gibson hardshell case is included.
