Up for sale is an exceptional and highly figured 1998 Gibson Custom Shop '58 Les Paul Standard Historic Reissue (R8), bearing serial number 8 12869. Built during Gibson’s highly acclaimed late-90s "Good Wood" era, this gorgeous guitar features a rare, deep 3D Quilted Maple Top in a striking Translucent Amber/Sunburst finish.Specifications:

Condition & Tone:
This guitar plays and looks phenomenal. The top is incredibly clean with an intense, deep quilted figure that shifts under different lighting. The factory gold hardware shows elegant light aging. The back is remarkably clean, showing only light surface swirls from handling but entirely free from harsh buckle rash, cracks, or repairs. The neck profile is comfortably round, and the frets show minimal wear with decades of play left in them.
