Vintage 1922 Ludwig & Ludwig Chinese Tom-Tom & Ludwig Mounting Bracket
This listing is for a vintage 1922 Ludwig & Ludwig model # 405 10" Chinese tom-tom and a Ludwig & Ludwig model # 471 Chinese tom holder.
The Chinese tom-tom has been painted over in a chunky, house paint white color. The original Chinese dragons, along with the original Chinese script, are still highly visible on both sides of this drum. Both of the original pig skin heads are in good shape and this drum still produces tone. but one of the heads has come loose and several of the tacks are pulled out. The skin looks ok but needs to be tacked down again. (SEE PICTURE # 4).
A Ludwig & Ludwig Chinese tom holder is included to allow you to attach this drum to your vintage bass drum hoop.
