Constructed of hand-selected, aged Siam Oak wood, providing exceptional durability and unmatched sound, this drum is perfect for any style of music and great for both studio and recordings and live playing. Three steel bands surround the shell, providing added durability, and accentuating the beauty of this traditional instrument. Equipped with a genuine calfskin head, the 30 inch. tall, extra-wide belly projects deep bass tones and great volume without sacrificing crisp, high sounds. The requinto features brushed-chrome plated Classic Pro(TM) hoops, reinforced side plates with 3/8 inch. diameter tuning lugs and backing plates. Includes a single stand.
