Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible 2001 Rickenbacker 330 in the rare, limited-run Desert Gold finish. Desert Gold was Rickenbacker’s exclusive "Color of the Year" for 2001, making this a standout piece for collectors and players alike. It has all the classic Rickenbacker jangle, chime, and iconic styling, wrapped in a stunning metallic finish that looks incredible under the lights.
Condition & Aesthetics: This guitar is in Excellent cosmetic and structural condition. The front face, top horns, neck, and headstock are exceptionally clean. The finish retains its vibrant gold luster without the heavy checking or fading often seen on instruments of this era.
Cosmetic Note: The only notable blemish is a small, localized paint scrape on the back of the body that is smaller than the size of a dime (clearly documented in the photos). Because it is strictly on the back, the guitar looks absolutely pristine from the front when being played or displayed.
Hardware & Electronics: 100% stock and fully functional. The pickups sound incredible, the pots are clean, and the iconic "R" tailpiece and Schaller deluxe tuners are in great shape.
