Here for sale we have a Yamaha CSF3M Electro Acoustic Guitar in Gloss Natural finish. Built in China in 2018, this travel sized guitar features a set-neck construction comprising Solid Sitka Spruce Top with Solid Mahogany back and sides, Maple neck and 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with a passive undersaddle pickup.

The soft ‘V’ neck plays very well, feeling nicely thin in the hand while still feeling comfortable. The gloss finish makes for fluid and enjoyable movements up and down the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, while the 23.75” scale length makes for a fun blend of ease and utility. 

The solid Sitka Spruce top gives this guitar a surprising sonic punch while still producing strong fundamentals with clarity and focus. The Solid Mahogany Back and Sides provides extra tonal complexities such as a detailed high-end and strong midrange presence. The ¾-size Dreadnought size is designed to yield a ton of volume in a small size.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. Swirl marks are apparent to the sides, around the tuners. The rear face edges at both the bass and treble side demonstrate scuffing and chipping to the finish that reveals the wood beneath. Any markings to the front face are difficult to discern.

Neck: Overall very good condition. Light denting of the fingerboard is apparent at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd frets. These cannot be felt by the fingers beneath the strings. Any other markings to the neck and fingerboard are difficult to discern.

Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles. The rear face demonstrates a small indentation to the centre of the lower bout that has marked but not removed any of the finish.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate mild signs of use, not affecting playability. Light denting is present to the early register. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.

Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Light indentation is apparent to the bridge. Mild tarnishing is apparent to the tuners.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-2mm - Bass 2.5mm
