The Yamaha DXR12MKIII active loudspeaker delivers substantial low-frequency output, clear vocal reproduction, and flexible system control for live performances, DJ events, corporate presentations, rental systems, and fixed installations. Its 12-inch low-frequency driver and 1.75-inch compression driver are powered by a 2000W peak Class D amplifier, producing up to 134 dB SPL while covering a frequency range of 46 Hz to 20 kHz.

Detailed Sound with Advanced DSP

A 96 kHz internal DSP processor supports detailed signal management with low latency. Advanced FIR X Tuning combines linear phase filtering and corrective equalization to promote smooth crossover response. Drive Motion Calibration corrects low-frequency driver movement for more linear bass reproduction. Six DSP modes provide settings for main speaker use, floor monitoring, DJ playback, live music, speech, and systems that require manual configuration.

Fast Control and Feedback Management

The rear LCD and encoder provide direct access to levels, equalization, delay, routing, presets, and system functions. Eight user presets can be stored for recurring venues and applications. Intelligent feedback suppression provides dynamic processing for handheld microphones and fixed processing for installed microphones. Bluetooth 5.0 supports wireless audio streaming, while the D Remote app provides control from compatible iOS and Android devices.

Flexible Placement for Live Sound

An internal accelerometer can detect vertical or horizontal placement and automatically select the appropriate main or monitor processing mode. Dual 35 mm pole sockets offer a level position or 7-degree downward angle for audience coverage. The symmetrical polypropylene enclosure supports mirrored floor placement, and two rubber-coated side handles simplify transport and setup.
