Skreddy Pedals Giant Meat Pie (BC239)
A meticulously crafted fuzz pedal based on the later "Ram's Head"-era units built around the BC239 transistor!
Mid-1970s units of this BMP-style pedal had clear sustain. A 1976 example fitted with the "BC239" transistor had a sharp tonal character. This model's sound is smooth and highly musical, while still being sharp and clear. The same brand made a model literally called "BC239," but this one uses large tropical-fish capacitors and 1/2W carbon composition resistors, making the enclosure a bit larger. Due to the use of rare parts, production may become unavailable depending on part supply. It faithfully recreates the classic roar of a late-1970s Ram's Head. A clean example with light signs of use.
