For sale is an Akai MPC2000XL in excellent, fully working condition.
This unit is a completely stock and unmodified, including the original floppy drive. It has never been used. I kept it as a back-up unit in case mine broke, but that never happened. Everything works as it should, and the unit has been stored carefully. The pads, buttons, display, floppy drive, and controls are all in excellent condition. The photos may suggest that the screen is failing (which happens with these vintage machines), but it is perfect.
Configuration:

- Original floppy disk drive
- No RAM expansion
- No effects board
- No 8-output expansion
- No other modifications
- Fully tested and working
Please note: The original box, owner's manual, and boot disk are not included.
Cosmetically, the unit is perfect except for one very small, eyelash-sized scuff near the screen (see photo). Ships carefully packed and insured.
