Great line array portable PA. I like the fact that is has controls to adjust the level of the bass or sub on the lower unit and the mid and treble up in the line array. Also it has a battery in the first section so that it can run when 110AC power is not available. The designed it in this way, with the battery in the first section, so that you can buy a second battery and change it out immediately during a gig — no screw drivers, Allen wrenches, or other tools, just pull the section off and replace.

Run the Maui 5 with just 2 sections, it stands about 4’-10” tall; or with all 3 sections, it stands 6’-8” tall, placing the section carrying mid-and-highs above the audience for great dispersion of sound. I like a tower like this, a line array, because I don’t have to mess with large speaker stands to raise speakers safely, which have such a huge foot print at the base when legs are spread.

Everything on this Maui 5 works as it should. I have no idea how many use-and-charge cycles are on this battery because I am the second owner.

For right now I‘m listing it for local pickup only, but I will investigate how much boxing it and shipping it will run.

The 2 covers included are worth $60 each new.
