The Chandler Limited REDD Microphone is a high-end, large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone that features a built-in REDD.47 vacuum tube mic preamplifier.
- Integrated Preamp: Combines the historic EMI REDD.47 circuit directly inside the microphone body for a very short signal path. [1]
- Gain and Drive Modes: Offers switchable gain from +4 to +33 dB in normal mode, plus a Drive mode that overdrives the circuit for extra harmonics and warmth. [1, 2]
- Selectable Patterns: Supports both Cardioid and Omni pickup patterns. [1]
- Included Extras: Comes with an external power supply (PSU) featuring a Low-Contour control and continuous output trimmer, a spider shockmount, and a custom flight case. [1, 2]
